Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges must be done within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed since delivery of order, at our sole discretion we may offer an exchange or store credit. Only unused items in their original packaging are eligible for return. Some items are non-returnable including:
- Personalized Items
- Holsters that have been used or molded
- Gift Certificates
To start a return/exchange, send an email to refund@cpl.training with a copy of receipt and reason for return/exchange. If item is defective, also send a picture showing the defect. Do not send item back until a return authorization number has been issued with mailing instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 business days minus 15% restocking fee and shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If it is beyond the 5 business days since you were notified of a refund being processed and you still have not received your refund, please take the following steps: check your bank account again, contact your credit card company to see if they have received the credit but it has not officially posted, contact your bank (there is often some processing time before a refund is posted), then contact us at refund@cpl.training.
Shipping returns

Customer is responsible for all shipping cost if seller is not at fault. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items lost during shipping.
